General Terms & Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the sale of vouchers (gift certificates) for vehicle rental through the website www.performancerent.cz.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of a voucher for the rental of a specific vehicle for a specified period. The voucher is a package certificate — it cannot be redeemed partially, exchanged for money, or combined with other discounts unless otherwise stated.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller or upon receipt of payment, whichever occurs first. Payment is processed through the GoPay payment gateway (by credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods).

4. Voucher Delivery

The voucher is sent electronically to the buyer's email address within 24 hours of receiving payment.

5. Voucher Validity

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the validity period expires, the voucher becomes void without compensation.

6. Voucher Redemption

The voucher holder contacts the seller and provides the voucher code. Reservation of a specific date depends on the current availability of vehicles. The voucher is transferable — it can be gifted to a third party.

7. Cancellation Policy

After confirming a reservation for a specific date, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 72 hours before vehicle pickup: no cancellation fee
• 24–72 hours before pickup: cancellation fee of 30% of the voucher price
• Less than 24 hours before pickup: cancellation fee of 100% of the voucher price

8. Withdrawal from the Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that the voucher has not yet been redeemed. Send your withdrawal to info@performancerent.cz.

9. Complaints

Please send complaints to info@performancerent.cz. The seller will resolve the complaint no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

10. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

11. Final Provisions

These GTC take effect on 3 March 2026. The seller reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time. The current version is always available on this website.
